My brother was recently placed on probation in the state of florida is he allowed to go bow hunting? or is he allowed to sit with someone who is hunting if he doesnt posses any firearm or weapon? his charge was a felony but it was withhold adjudication.

He should be allowed but ONLY if he gets permission from his probation officer, and possibly the court.
