What if the spouse committed adultry in Oregon and hid the fact that she was pregnant from her husband. Then the husband was informed months after the baby was born that the child was his? The spouse knew the child was his but did not tell him taking away his right to be there and partake in the childs birth.

This is something as to which the law has no concern. No crime has been committed; No law has been violated. There is no basis for legal action to be taken. End of story.
