i had a dwai back in 2004, 3 days ago, i got charge with dui. i was wondering, are they going to treated this dui as 2nd dui when penalty given at the court? i heard colorado look back period is 5 years

It is still a second - the 5 year thing is a DMV issue. There is mandatory jail, so you should get an attorney.
