I live in California and so does my ex.We were divorced in 1999 in Georgia.He was court ordered to pay me 100.00 for 6 years for marital debt.He has never paid.How can I go about enforcing this now?

Answer

I would have to see exactly how the wording of your Judgment is, but to try and enforce that Judgment here in California, that Judgment would have to be registered in California, at which time you would be able to then file an Order to Show Cause with the court.
