If I sign over my parental rights can I still see the child if she signs a noterizes letter stating so?

Question

If I sign over my parental rights can I still see the child if she signs a noterizes letter stating so?

Answer

No. Once your parental rights are terminated, you are a legal stranger to the child with no more standing to see her than I have. You'd have to get her parent's/parents' permission.
