i was hired by a marketing companey then fired because of my crimanel history not work performance. i stated it on the application. can they fire me and if not can i sue

You can be fired for any reason or no reason at all. As long as the reason is not because of your race, ethnicity, religion or gender. You can sue your employer but you will not win and you may be sanctioned for bringing a frivolous lawsuit.
