Does the nevada 30/30 rule include dental / orthodontics?
Answer
This is usually implied if not expressed as covered in medical. Unless is is expressly excluded or addressed elsewhere in the order or decree dental/orthondics is part of the 30/30 rule.
Answer
I concur; start with the order. My only hesitation is that sometimes orthodontia is strictly cosmetic, and some Courts limit other-parent liability for such work to that which was expressly agreed upon.
