Does a hybrid truck have the maving capablites of a regular truck?

Does a hybrid truck have the maving capablites of a regular truck?
As compared to a regular, only gasoline fueled truck with a hybrid truck, the power isn't completely the same. The moving capablites are nearly the same as a regular truck though.
