The medicine has left a ringing in both ears and I have loss particial hearing in my left ear. Can I seek libiablity sufferage from the drug co?

There is no such thing as "liability sufferage." Can you sue someone? No way to tell. How do you know the medicine caused the condition? If your doctor definitively says it did, sit down with a lawyer.

In your case, a photographer MIGHT work, but your friend would be best served by getting the best experience in the field that he can afford.
