Pa child support? I found out my girl friend was cheating after I signed the birth certificate. She refuses a DNA test .now I owe child support on a kid that I don't know is mine or not. After 20 years of wondering I just want to know if my daughter is really mine.can I get the courts to force a DNA test? I am willing to pay for it.

If it has been 20 years you're too late to challenge paternity.
