Question

Can an employer be sued for firing an employee without a two-week notice if they have good reasons?

These reasons include not being on time and not doing what they're told.

Assuming no contract requiring such notice, an employer could

nevertheless still be sued, but in all probability the matter

would be subject to summary dismissal (in my opinion).
