I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Feb. 2012 and receive treatment EVERY week for the next year.... I was sued last year by my exhusband for modication of visitation/ child support.... I am unable to attent court...What can I do?

Since you were sued last year over the most important thing in the world to you, your child, obviously you hired a lawyer at that time. Your lawyer certainly should be able to assist in any resets needed because of medical reasons, or in other means to conduct a hearing (such as teleconferencing or Skype). Don't be afraid to ask your lawyer and don't wait until the last minute to ask him.
